Returns 0, 1 or error.
Description
Queries the suppression state after you showed the dialog.So first call Dialog.SetShowsSuppressionButton to set flag to 1. Then you use Dialog.Run to show the dialog and finally after the dialog is done, you can use this function to query result and see if checkbox was set by user.
