AnnotationHandle The annotation index. 5
Opacity The new opacity value. 1.0

Result

Returns OK or error.

Description

Changes the opacity of a markup annotation.
The function DynaPDF.GetAnnotation can be used to determine whether an annotation is a markup annotation.
