Encode a byte string.
Please check what text encoding you want to use. Especially what the software processing the hex string expects.
A byte string here is a text string with byte numbers like this: "65 66 67" which as text would be "ABC".

Encode bytes as UTF-8:

MBS( "Text.EncodeToBytes"; "Hello World"; "utf8" )

Example result: "72 101 108 108 111 32 87 111 114 108 100"
